S & H is based upon the amount of your purchase. Your items can be shipped over night, however there will be a varible cost based upon your location. Item(s) will be shipped USPS
*Ready-wear Items: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with the reason for return within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag(s) removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days. Please allow 10 business days to see the refund in your account. The refund can ONLY be issued to the CARD that was used at the time of purchase.
*Custom-Made Items: are made to the specification of the buyer, there we DO NOT except returns or exchanges. However, if the garment(s) is received in a defective manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the garment(s). The garment(s) cannot show any signs of altered, soiled, tear, washing or any other form of wear in order for the item(s) to be returned and repaired.
Items marked SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exhanged.
Footwear: if improper fit, they must be returned in the original shoe box with tags in its original condition unworn within 10 days of receiving them. Shoes with any tags removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days. Please allow 10 business days to see the refund in your account. the refund can ONLY BE ISSUED TO THE CARD THAT WAS USED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
